INSTRUCTIONS ON USE
Open the belt and adjust the “red” fabric to the area of pain, close both ends using both hands and tighten slightly for a good fit. In just a few minutes we begin to feel the sweet warmth at the point of pain. For lower intensity warmth we can wear a thin t-shirt or some other clothes and place the belt on top.

To find the right belt size, simply measure your circumference and after adding 10-15 cm select the appropriate size from the size chart.

There is no limit to the number of application hours. Wear your orthopedic aid as many hours a day as you want depending on the intensity of the pain.

MAINTENANCE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You can wash your orthopedic aid regularly in cold water with a neutral detergent and let it dry naturally in a shady place. Do not iron it. Do not place it in the washing machine or in the sun, as the ceramic materials and metals in the fabric may be damaged.
